OUR SERVICE

* Daily visits to your home - as many per day as you and your pets require

* Ensure all feeding areas are kept clean and fresh water left for your pets

* All litter trays/cages are cleaned as required

* We will check animals on each visit to ensure general well being/good health if we note any injuries we will bathe injuries if your pet allows – will take pet to vet if warrants (additional charge applies)

* If grooming is required we will carry this out and generally make a fuss of your animals if they will allow us!

* We can also provide a degree of home security if required by pulling curtains and leaving on lights etc

* If you would like us to supply bread/milk on your return this can be arranged

* We take great care with all keys and ensure only our phone number is attached to your key in case of loss

* We always leave a diary of our visits to let you know how your pets have been in your absence

* If you are going to be delayed returning from your break just call us and we will ensure your cats/pets are cared for until you return (normal visit rates would apply)

* Any extra services eg watering of gardens during the summer can be arranged at an extra charge.

*  We are also happy to update you on your pets when you are away via e-mail to put your mind at rest whilst you are away.
